MOSCOW, Jun 8 (PRIME) -- The price of Russia's Urals oil blend rose by U.S. $3.44 to $42.55 per barrel at the closing of the Northwest Europe's trading session on Monday, an official of international pricing agency Argus told PRIME.
The price has broke through a $42.4 threshold set for spending of the Russian budget after a long decline.
